This notice explains how Point of Trade Co. (“Point of Trade”, “we”) handles personal data on po-trade.co, our corporate website. Our cloud, hosting, game server, VPN and other services are covered by the full Point of Trade Privacy Policy.

What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, an estimated budget and your message.
- Technical data. Like any web server, ours records the IP address, browser type, page requested and time of each visit. We use these records to keep the site secure and working.
This site has no user accounts, no comments and no analytics or advertising trackers.
Cookies
We set one cookie, pll_language, which remembers whether you chose English or Arabic. The third-party services below may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Third-party services
- Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form from spam. It sends your IP address and browser information to Google.
- Google Maps shows our location on the contact page.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers.
Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use your data
We use what you send us only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep the ordinary records of our business correspondence. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Where it is kept and for how long
The site and its form submissions are hosted on infrastructure we own and operate in Kuwait, and your message is also delivered to our support mailbox. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records, and server logs are rotated routinely. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Point of Trade Co. is established in the State of Kuwait and handles personal data in line with Kuwait’s data-protection framework, including the Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by the Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA). You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw your consent. Email support@po-trade.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable regulation. This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
