For the stores and platforms we build, your team manages products, orders and delivery in a control panel designed around them, not a generic admin screen. Our cloud servers get the same care: a bilingual panel that works on a phone, with live usage, snapshots and a browser console that fits your screen.

Arabic and English by default

Sites, panels and billing are bilingual from day one, with Arabic written in proper Modern Standard Arabic. Likewise, Zeta answers in Arabic or English in every panel.

Serving the Middle East

We serve organisations across the Middle East, including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain, from our own network and datacenter in Kuwait.

AI operations that show their evidence

Our platform diagnoses issues from the system’s own records, explains them in plain language, reports only what it actually did, explains why when it undoes an automatic fix, and says so when the evidence shows no cause. In the Game Panel, Zeta also reads the error screenshots you send. When our team is needed, Zeta passes on the case with its evidence and brings the fix back to you in the same panel.

However, Zeta acts only within what your Game Panel plan defines. As a result, it cannot change compute, memory, network ports or storage, or lift a lock our staff have set. Information and chat commands run instantly. Any change to your server (settings, files, mods, updates, backups or commands that change it) runs only after you approve it, and the panel itself enforces this. Approval takes one tap, except for restores, deletions and reinstalls, which are never one-tap. The one thing it does unasked is repair a modpack setup that would stop your server from starting, and it tells you when it is done.

Furthermore, we test Zeta every night against dozens of automated quality checks built from real customer situations. An honesty safeguard also stops it from claiming an action it did not perform, and we mask passwords and keys in conversation logs.
